Checkout51 is looking for a Member Success Agent to join our Member Success Team for a permanent position in Downtown Toronto, ON.

Overview

As a part of the Member Success Team (a Member Success Agent), you are the eyes and ears of Checkout 51. The team deals with receipt processing, data entry, customer service, quality control, and other general tasks related to the day-to-day success of our company.

Our team operates 7-days a week, during regular business hours. Unlike other call-centre operations, our team members are full-time employees, not shift workers. Each team member has a fixed schedule with flexible hours. We operate as a team - succeeding or failing as a unit.

This role is an entry-level position ideal for new graduates looking to grow within an organization!

You'll be responsible for:

  • Learning, understanding, and communicating in the approved Checkout 51 tone/voice in all external communications with members
  • As a team, responding to Member emails/tickets in our customer support portal (Zendesk) within a reasonable timeframe
  • Maintaining daily and weekly targets
  • Reviewing product matches to ensure accuracy on a daily basis and reporting issues to the Processing Manager
  • Reviewing for signs of fraud and reporting issues to the Processing Manager
  • Reviewing Member feedback on receipts to process receipt amendments
  • Providing feedback and guidance to the Processing Team based on Member input and receipt review
  • Reviewing feature functionality for quality assurance, accuracy, and completeness from time to time
  • Providing additional data processing tasks as necessary

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Customer service attitude, able to respond quickly and courteously to our end users
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Time management in order to deal with large volumes of tickets
  • Attention to detail required for quality assurance of requests

Bonus points if you:

  • Have past experience in customer service or retail
  • Read and write in French
  • Read and write in Spanish
